Objective

To raise awareness among consumers about the responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages and how much they are drinking.
To increase knowledge about the risks associated with an excessive or inappropriate consumption of alcohol.

Description

The initiative is based on the pictogram used by the Brewers since 2007. It illustrates what a typical unit is in cl and mentions the www.2340.fr website on all bottles of the Bacardi-Martini portfolio in France and on all product labels for French market

Results

All brands in the portfolio complied by October 2008. Over 45 million bottles are sold every year (from the whole portfolio). Several large chains of supermarkets use a similar pictogram on their products.
