DESCRIPTION OF THE INITIATIVE
- Web-based training for all subsidiary V&S Luksusowa employees to raise awareness of the "V&S Guidelines on Alcohol and Responsibility".
- The training includes a practical guide with tips for employees on how to deal with alcohol in the workplace, especially in situations like travel and entertainment.
- It consists of four parts: the new vision, the new core values, a session with fictitious assignments and a mandatory test comprising of 22 questions. The test has to be completed by all employees within their first month in the company.
- All employees trained in the first quarter of 2007.
- In 2008, 12 new employees were trained.
